Often, people with dementia held a cat as a pet, before they are diagnosed with dementia. Billy the cat can help to revive corresponding feelings again, almost like a real cat.

Billy the cat is three products in one: a stuffed animal, a hand puppet and a warming friend. She feels almost like a real pet, especially if you use the included bag with heat-storing material (e.g. cherry stones), heat it in a microwave and then put it into Billys belly. This is very relaxing and arouses feelings of caring for young and old alike.

Included is a bag filled with plastic granulate, which can increase the weight and volume of the cat to make it appear more realistic. Also, an additional, empty bag is included, that you can fill yourself.

To stow the bags in the cat, Billy is equipped with a appropriate aperture. Thanks to this hand-hole Billy can alternatively be used as a hand puppet.

Billy is also a therapy doll with Human Touch, as the cat can be optionally equipped with a special module simulating the heartbeat.
